1、 The position and size of the pouring system are appropriate.
2、 Reasonably choose the starting angle and rounded corners. When producing in batches, the pattern should be coated with a parting agent to avoid sticking to the mold.
3、 Shorten the residence time of titanium flange wet mold before pouring.
4、 Before closing the box, the sand falling inside the mold must be cleaned thoroughly.
